At Nestora Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
