How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Check our current promotions for details.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Discounts & Offers

How do I apply a coupon code?
You can apply your coupon code in two ways:
1. In your cart: Add items to your cart, then look for the "Discount code" field on the cart page. Enter your code and click "Apply".
2. At checkout: On the checkout page, enter your coupon code in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply" before completing your payment.
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
